The Science Behind Our High-Quality DTF Prints
It's easy to own a DTF printer and press print, but there's a lot more to it than meets the eye.
There are a few key things that need to be considered and come from having vast experience in the industry.
Maintenance, Calibration, Inks and Film.
Maintenance & Calibration
We calibrate our machines twice weekly, this ensures that that we always have a perfect overlap and alignment of all layers of the DTF print.
We also have our own unique method to perform daily head cleans that ensure our print heads fire perfectly on every print.
Inks
Inks are critical to the quality of the print, the colour vibrance + accuracy, and the durability of the print over time.
The inks we use are manufactured in the UK and do not use any harmful raw materials, even the Glycerine is sourced from Vegetable oil not Palm oil.
Compared to others, our inks are more robust in terms of its opaqueness, stretch ability, washability and colour range (gamut) and vibrance.

Film
Using the correct film is critical to the deliverability of the print to your garment. Using cheap films will cause the print not to transfer correctly or only to transfer in certain heat ranges.
We use a premium film that is 100% Instant Hot Peel but can also be peeled warm or cold, It's also created with the environment in mind.
Our films are made from Certified Recycled Polyester and use a Water Based coating.
- Produced with certified Recycled Blended Polyester Certification.
- Oeko-Tex Standard 100 Certification (Harmful Substances Test)
- EN71-3:2019 (European Standard safety requirement for toys)
- CPSIA Test Report (USA Consumer Product Safety Commission).
- SGS Test Report (Toxicity Analysis).
- ISO 14001 Environmental & ISO 9001:2015 Quality Certification.
