All our products are bespoke and made to order, due to this returns are not accepted.

We can cancel all orders pre-production, please call us if you require to cancel an order. If your order has already entered into production unfortunately we are unable to cancel.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if for any reason your order has any problems, if it has been damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
